研究方向

可变剪接调控在代谢性疾病的调控研究

研究内容

长期致力于mRNA前体可变剪接精细调控的研究。利用敲除动物模型和细胞模型,结合高通量测序和生物信息学分析,深入研究可变剪接的精细调控机制以及剪接调控失常在发育或疾病包括肿瘤中的作用机理。
