T细胞分化和功能调控

研究内容

综合应用CRISPR筛选、单细胞RNA测序等系统生物学手段和常规生物化学方法,结合小鼠疾病模型和临床病人样品来研究T细胞的分化和功能在肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病、过敏性炎症和代谢性疾病(例如糖尿病)等病理条件下如何被精细调控;并据此开发新的治疗靶点和疾病干预策略。
