研究内容

天然淋巴细胞(Innate lymphoid cells, ILC)是一群谱系阴性(Lin-)、缺乏T、B细胞抗原特异性受体的天然免疫细胞亚群。ILC广泛存在于多种器官及粘膜组织,在感染性疾病、过敏性疾病、自身免疫病及肿瘤中发挥重要作用。我们利用炎症性疾病模型、细胞过继转移、细胞体外分化、多色流式及生物信息学等手段,主要研究调控ILC2和ILC3发育和功能的分子机制及对炎症性疾病的影响,以为诊断或治疗炎症性疾病提供理论依据和新手段。
