研究内容

  本课题组从衰老的几个重要表征如营养物质感应失调、线粒体功能障碍、表观遗传学改变以及蛋白质稳态丧失等出发,利用细胞,线虫和小鼠模型,综合应用基因编辑技术,蛋白质、脂质以及代谢产物组学技术等手段,对衰老各特征间的关联性进行功能和分子机制的深入解读,期望能够找到衰老的准确分子标志物并深入地理解衰老的的发生机制;通过高通量遗传和小分子化合物筛选,寻找并优化干预衰老的新靶点并促进健康老龄化。具体研究方向包括:(1)线粒体膜通透性调控细胞器互作及细胞应激反应的机制研究;(2)代谢组织间互作调控衰老和衰老相关疾病的机制研究。
