基因体内功能的高通量解析及衰老与衰老相关疾病的干预研究
运用高通量体内扰动测序(Perturb-seq)和单细胞多组学等前沿技术,系统解析基因在生理和病理状态下的体内功能,筛选衰老与衰老相关疾病(如神经退行性疾病、代谢性疾病等)的新型治疗靶点,并在此基础上开发相应的靶向干预策略。研究方向包括:(1)体内Perturb-seq系统的优化和升级;(2)基因在体内生理和病理条件下的功能图谱绘制;(3)衰老与衰老相关疾病新型治疗靶点的高通量筛选及靶向干预策略的开发。
