研究方向

免疫系统调控与炎症性疾病

研究内容

  免疫系统功能的正常维持是保证机体健康的必要条件。本实验室通过遗传学、细胞生物学、分子生物学、微生物学和计算生物学等多学科技术手段来理解和扩展免疫系统如何参与疾病进程。通过遗传修饰小鼠、疾病模型和临床病人来阐析免疫系统的失调如何导致免疫缺陷、自身免疫、炎症、过敏、慢性感染等重大疾病,重点关注黏膜免疫及抗肿瘤免疫。并基于前期分子机理研究,为肠道等慢性黏膜炎症类疾病和肿瘤的免疫治疗开发新型诊断与治疗途径。主要研究方向包括(1)肠道黏膜免疫的分子调控机制;(2)肿瘤细胞外基质与抗肿瘤免疫;(3)人类单基因遗传病的致病机理。
