研究内容

细胞死亡是维持多细胞生命活动的基础,过多或过少的细胞死亡都会引起疾病的发生。细胞死亡主要包括细胞凋亡和细胞坏死,而近年发现的细胞程序性坏死(Necroptosis)是由包含RIP1/RIP3/MLKL的坏死复合物精密调控的一种重要细胞坏死形式,并且显示细胞程序性坏死通过多种途径参与炎症信号的调控。本研究组主要研究方向为细胞不同死亡方式的互作调控机制及其生理病理意义,探索通过调控和干预细胞死亡治疗相关疾病的新途径。
