研究内容
1. 甲状腺激素及受其调控的非编码RNA在代谢调控中的作用
利用甲亢甲减及甲状腺激素受体敲除小鼠研究甲状腺激素调控网络中的非编码RNA,试图揭示这些非编码RNA是如何介导甲状腺激素对代谢的调控作用的。课题组近期筛选并研究了多个受甲状腺激素调控的微小RNA,揭示了这些miRNA对肝脏胰岛素信号通路、骨骼肌肌纤维分型和能源物质利用的调控作用及相关病理生理机制,发现多个潜在的药物干预靶点。
2. 甲状腺激素的非基因组作用在代谢调控中的作用
以受甲状腺激素调控的p38信号通路为突破口,研究甲状腺激素通过非基因组作用调控代谢的分子机制。课题组近期揭示p38可通过AMPK调控肝脏糖异生,发现抑制p38信号通路对白色脂肪米色化有促进作用,探索了多个潜在药物靶点治疗相关代谢性疾病的可行性。
3. 甲状腺肿瘤
建立甲状腺肿瘤小鼠模型,研究甲状腺肿瘤发生和发展的分子机制,发现甲状腺肿瘤的诊断标志物和潜在的药物靶点。
