研究内容
1. 深入探讨上皮细胞中的极性基因功能以及在上皮屏障中的重要分子机制,上皮细胞命运调控过程中极性信号的关键机制,比如在自噬以及坏死性凋亡(necroptosis)中的调控机制,并探讨上皮细胞屏障破坏和和修复过程中极性基因的调控机制,以及上皮细胞屏障破坏与肿瘤发生的作用机制研究。
2. 以肿瘤原位移植技术结合生物信息学,分子生物学方法,获得肿瘤在肺部转移和定值中的关键分子节点,上皮细胞EMT和MET转化过程中极性信号的调控机制,以及在远端转移中的相关机制。
3. 以目前先进的类器官技术(organoid),进一步探讨上皮细胞稳态(Homeostasis)打破与损伤修复中极性通路的新功能,来研究肿瘤早期发生中与肿瘤微环境的相互作用,从而明确极性信号在决定上皮细胞命运以及异质性中的分子机制。
